The Doctors at Carolside Medical Centre in Clarkston Glasgow, wanted their patients to be able to access information about the medical practice.
In addition to information about the practice, the website is also used to distribute the practice bi-monthly newsletter. Using a content management system has enabled the staff to update the newsletter and other content when they need to.
A customised feature was added to provide a means for patients to securely submit their repeat prescription requests, saving them a journey to the Medical Centre.
